The ARK Flat proSpoon™ was specially designed by feeding therapist Debbie Lowsky, MS, CCC-SLP. It's similar to the original proSpoon™, but with a very thin spoon bowl - perfect for individuals who have limited lip control and/or difficulty removing food from the spoon.
The Flat proSpoon is available in two different versions - smooth or textured. The textured version has ribbed lines inside the spoon bowl and gentle bumps on the back, providing tactile input to the upper lip, lower lip, and tongue at the same time. Use it to introduce texture to puréed foods like yogurt, applesauce, stage 1 baby foods, etc.
