  • We ship Australia-wide and offer free local pickup from our Parramatta store.

5. NDIS Orders

  • If you intend to claim your purchase through NDIS, ensure eligibility with your plan manager before purchasing.

  • Items listed as non-returnable remain non-refundable even if your NDIS claim is denied.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to delayed shipments, product misuse, or incorrect use.

  • For therapeutic tools or developmental items, please seek professional advice before use.
