Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and offer free local pickup from our EveryKid Store in Parramatta, NSW.

Free Local Pickup (Store Stock Items Only)

You're welcome to collect your order for free from:

Pickup is available during our business hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

We'll notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that free local pickup is only available for Store Stock Items.

Supplier Direct Items are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse and are not held at our Parramatta store. These items cannot be collected and must be delivered to your nominated address.

If your order contains both Store Stock Items and Supplier Direct Items, you can collect your Store Stock Items from our store while your Supplier Direct Items are delivered separately.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping (2–8 business days)

$10.00 for orders under $150

FREE for orders over $150

FREE Standard Shipping applies to eligible Store Stock Items only.

Express Shipping (1–4 business days)

$15.00 for all order values

Express Shipping is available for Store Stock Items only and is not available for Supplier Direct Items.

 

Supplier Direct Items (Ships Direct from Supplier)

Some products, including play equipment, bulky therapy items and selected products, are shipped directly to you from our supplier's warehouse.

These items are marked "Supplier Direct" on the product page, with the applicable Supplier Direct Delivery cost displayed before checkout.

Supplier Direct Items are not eligible for FREE Standard Shipping and do not contribute towards the $150 free shipping threshold.

If your cart contains both Store Stock Items and Supplier Direct Items, your Store Stock Items will qualify for FREE Standard Shipping when the Store Stock portion of your order reaches $150. Supplier Direct Delivery charges will still apply separately.

Please allow 7–14 business days for Supplier Direct Delivery, as these items ship separately from our Parramatta store.

A street address is required for Supplier Direct Delivery. Supplier Direct Items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Express Shipping and local pickup are not available for Supplier Direct Items.

 

Ordering Store Stock Items and Supplier Direct Items Together

If your cart contains both Store Stock Items and Supplier Direct Items, shipping will be calculated separately for each item type and combined at checkout.

Store Stock Items follow standard shipping rates above and qualify for FREE Standard Shipping when the Store Stock portion of your order reaches $150.

Supplier Direct Items incur their applicable Supplier Direct Delivery charge.

Your items will be dispatched separately, and you will receive tracking information for each delivery.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary between items in the same order, as they are shipped from different locations.
